Ivory Coast Travel Document Guide

All visitors except nationals of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) need visas to enter the Ivory Coast. US passport holders who stay less than 90 days in the country also do not need a visa. Visa extensions are available at police headquarters in Abidjan. An extension of three months costs approximately US$24 and requires two photos. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is demanded upon arrival.
