The best time to visit Monrovia is November to April when there is a definite decline in humidity and temperatures at night (an average of 15º C in the night and 35º C in the day) because of the “Harmattan”, a dry and dusty wind, blowing in from the Sahara. The rest of the year is very hot and humid with heavy rainfall that sometimes disrupts communication.
