Bratislava is good for a visit all year round. May, June and September are the prime visiting months, with April and October the cooler time of the year in Bratislava. The Slovak holiday season lasts from July to August, and is a time when the hotels and tourist centres are packed with domestic travelers, and budget accommodation is at a premium.
