Estonia Travel Document Guide

All visitors to Estonia are required to carry their passports.
Nationals of the USA, EU countries, Andorra, Australia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Iceland, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, San Marino, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland and the Vatican City do not need a visa for a stay of up to 90 days. British nationals do not need a visa for a stay of up to 6 months.

Nationals of Canada, Israel and South Africa do not need a separate visa for Estonia if they have one for Latvia or Lithuania.

Nationals of Hungary and Poland do not require a visa for a stay of a maximum of 30 days; nationals of the Republic of Korea are similarly exempt for a stay of 15 days, and nationals of Singapore for a stay of up to 14 days.

Others must apply to the Estonian embassy or consulate in their country for a visa. It is also recommended that you check with these authorities for the latest rules and regulations regarding travel documents, as rules are liable to change.

All visitors must have a minimum of ekr 500 for every day of their stay to show as proof of sufficient funds.
