Scotland: Tourist Health And Safety Guide

By news desk on September 18,2007

image

Scotland is one of the cleanest, most pollution free countries in the world. There are no health risks in particular.

Specialized medical services are available. Basic services, such as 24 hour pharmacies and on call doctors  are widely available. Boots, the leading pharmacy and chemist’s shop in Britain, has several 24 hour outlets.

For an ambulance or other emergency situations call 999.

The Scots may be fierce and the family may be important to them, but luckily you don’t have to worry about any gangs on Edinburgh’s streets or the Glaswegian Mafia -in other words, a safe country.
