Best Time To Visit Armenia

You should plan your trip here between September and October – it’s autumn then – and most people will tell you it is the most beautiful season in the country. The weather is good – waning days of the summer sun when the warmth is mild and clear, crisp nights.

There’s never a long queue of people falling over each other to get to Armenia so there’s never a crunch on accomodation. Between May and October is delightful; but if you’re willing to take on the cold for the joys of skiing then there are plenty of topclass Armenian ski resorts. January and February are good months for sliding down slopes. The advantage is that the resorts are cheaper than places in Europe and less congested.
