Jakarta has a tropical climate. Its daily temperature is 28°C during the day and a cooler 25°C at night. The average humidity is very high at around 75 to 80%. The wet or the rainy season is from October to April, with the heaviest rains between December and January, and the drier summer season is from May to September.
