Osaka, like the rest of Japan, has four distinct seasons. In the spring, temperatures remain at a low of 10°C and a high of 15°C.  Spring in Japan is a beautiful time with the famous cherry blossoms blooming in a cloud from the end of March to the middle of April. The skies remain generally clear with a few showers of soft spring rain.  Summers see a low of 25°C and an average high of around 38°C and the weather is not merely hot but very humid with no respite even late in the evenings. Rainy season is from June to the middle of July with tyhoons and tropical squalls quite common and the temperatures average a low of 10°C and a high of 15°C.  September is thought of as the autumn or"fall" even though the weather is still quite warm.  It starts to get really cold from November onwards with average temperatures hovering between a low 2°C and a high of 7°C.  The weather remains overcast almost permanently with the occasional snowfall that doesn’t last very long on ground. But it's still cold!!
